Tidal Threshold is a speculative coastal dwelling designed for a shifting environmental future. Positioned at the fragile boundary between land and sea, the structure negotiates permanence and flux through form and elevation.

The sweeping cantilever echoes tidal motion, while the anchored base acknowledges geological time. Rather than resisting the ocean, the architecture maintains a deliberate distance — suspended, observant, and adaptive.

This project explores habitation within climate uncertainty. It proposes architecture not as defense, but as a threshold: a spatial mediator between stability and change, shelter and exposure, human presence and natural force.
