An urban garden beneath a portal’s wing offers a breathing space in the rushing city. Under the business center’s high canopy, strict architecture meets untamed nature. The courtyard integrates waiting areas, lounges, a bike park, and a smoking pavilion, unified by water features and soft evening lighting
A canopy cafe hosts business breakfasts and outdoor work in any weather. The entrance features a sculptural stainless steel bench with a glowing “cloud-back”. The terrace provides coworking spaces, quiet zones, and event areas with a graphic fountain.
Durable materials like granite, steel, and glass in calm grays ensure longevity. Winter-ready with heated paving, smart drainage, and automated irrigation. Vertical lamelle fencing screens technical areas while complementing the facade. Lighting focuses on guidance with ceiling lines, edge lights, and safe markers.
