The site features distinct functional zones: a sunbathing area, lounge, glazed gazebo, waterside terrace, fire pit, orchard, and greenhouse. These areas blend seamlessly through thoughtful landscaping, avoiding visual clutter. Evening lighting, including bollards and integrated LEDs, creates a cozy atmosphere.
A large lawn serves recreation and helicopter landing. The area around the residence evokes a Karelian forest for harmony with nature. Behind the house, the landscape merges with the surrounding forest, dissolving property boundaries.
Raised planting beds and a unique water feature enhance the natural feel. The main clinker brick road, flanked by pebbles, ornamental grasses, and pines, features a focal mountain pine from Germany. Curves every 30 meters are highlighted by distinctive plants, ensuring dynamic vistas. Lush plantings with diverse textures add rich character.
