Project Brief – Keller Henson Property Video Production
Project Overview
Keller Henson is a Thailand-based luxury real estate agency specializing in high-end condominiums, villas, investment properties, and lifestyle-focused residences across key destinations in Thailand including Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui, and Hua Hin.
To strengthen its digital presence and provide immersive property experiences for international buyers and investors, Keller Henson developed a fully in-house property video production system. The project focuses on creating cinematic real estate video content that showcases the architecture, atmosphere, lifestyle, and investment appeal of each property within the company’s portfolio.
The in-house media team is responsible for the complete production pipeline — including planning, filming, drone operation, editing, motion graphics, color grading, and final publishing across digital platforms.
Objective
The goal of the project is to elevate Thailand real estate marketing through premium visual storytelling while maintaining consistency, speed, and brand quality across all property listings.
The videos are designed to:
