The MIDTOWN TOWER is a property focused on urban regeneration and centered around the “Prosperous City Green Building” concept, in line with the United Nations’ ESG Convention on Sustainable Development. This property has the advantage of greenery, as it is integrated with a community park and is located near Daan Park and the NTU campus. The visual design is based on the color green and the imagery of green trees, representing the desire for an eco-friendly environment and organic lifestyle. It also symbolizes the sustainable future of nature, health, and limitless growth.
