As part of a comprehensive rebranding effort by our studio, Wilson Co. made a striking debut at the Sea Festival of Trees, an out-of-home promotional event hosted at the Blue Ocean Event Center. This rebranding included the introduction of Wilson Co.’s new positioning as the “Bespoke Building Group” to make a powerful first impression by creating the most beautiful tree at the festival.
Wilson Co. consulted our studio for the entire creative process, from ideation to execution. The result was the stunning “Sea Tree,” a hand-made masterpiece that stood out from the sea of artificial and traditional Christmas trees. This unique creation featured pampas grass, a cedar post, and a chandelier, blending natural elements with sophisticated design to create an elegant, eye-catching display. Notably, there were no additional decorations or lights, emphasizing the tree’s natural beauty and the elegance of the chandelier.
In alignment with the Sea Festival of Trees’ format, where attendees use raffle tickets to win the displayed trees, the Sea Tree was treated as a complete kit. It came with a hand-illustrated owner’s manual for assembly and de-assembly, allowing the lucky winner to recreate the tree at home. This approach highlighted the importance of making the tree the gift rather than focusing on what was on it.
The Sea Tree captured the essence of Wilson Co.’s bespoke craftsmanship and resonated with the festival’s theme, earning the accolade of “Most Beautiful” at the event. This victory underscored Wilson Co.’s dedication to quality and innovation, reinforcing their new brand identity in a memorable and visually captivating manner.
