The concept of the residential complex project is built around the idea of a “Secret Garden”. This was the framework for the design development of the courtyard space.
Along the entire route, green rooms with different functional content and atmosphere have been formed. These are playgrounds for different age groups, a sports area and a workout, an art-garden for selfies, a neighbor’s vegetable garden, social zones, flexible lawn . It turned out to have its own ecosystem, where every resident of the complex will find something to do.
