Upon entering, you’re greeted by a grand dining area that boasts an air of elegance and sophistication. With an abundance of light flooding the apartment from the full height windows, creating human-scaled areas for dining, lounging and entertaining were key.
These windows provide a clear view of the cityscape, creating an instant connection with the vibrant urban surroundings. The dining area features a stunning oval table, where residents can gather and connect over meals, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. The chairs and lighting are a burst of color, adding a playful touch to the space.
Adjacent to the dining area is an eye-catching kitchen that embodies modern simplicity with a twist of creativity. Its sleek blue design gives a sense of calm, and the unique pendant lamps hanging above the kitchen island serve as functional art pieces, casting a warm and inviting glow over the space.
Guess what? The utility and powder rooms are both hidden. The brilliance behind a hidden paneled door is that you could be staring right at it and not know it is even there. The wall looks like a continuous wall with no breaks to create an integrated visual effect between the hidden door and the background wall.
In order to match the kitchen color, we have created a white and blue chess board and chairs.
In the night area, the TV room offers a lush oasis of green, inviting residents to unwind and relax as the green is known as one of the easiest colors for the human eye to focus on for an extended period of time. The custom-made TV cabinet is as well a bookshelf, and it integrates technology into the space while maintaining a harmonious aesthetic.
Moving into the bedroom area, you’ll find a burst of personality and charm. The walls are decorated with vibrant and colorful wallpaper that tell a story of creativity and individuality. The room has a custom-made wardrobe that allows the residents to keep their personal spaces tidy and organized.
To elevate the experience even further, we’ve introduced a cinematic retreat within the coliving space. The Cinema Room offers an isolated and indulgent setting where residents can escape into their favorite movies, fully immersing themselves in a private viewing experience.
Both the bathroom and powder rooms are playful and full of color. By utilizing changing colors in spaces that are often used, such as the bathroom, the residents are expected to enjoy a more habitable and “healing” environment in the comforts of their own home.
