A 3-Storey House with the concept of modern luxury that is a symphony of elegance for anyone that enters the house.
From a first glance of the exterior, it’s combined with light, dark tones, natural stone elements which gives off a modern nature vibes.
Upon entering, the foyer is a warm inviting space that creates a positive first impression with stylish decor and practical features. The living room features plush furnishings and soothing tones that creates a peaceful environment. Carefully curated decor and thoughtful details enhance the serene atmosphere, providing a calming escape from daily stress. Soft lighting, gentle textures, and harmonious colour schemes blend to foster a sense of tranquility.
The owner requested a tea area that resembles a peaceful retreat combining comfort and nature for relaxation. The carefully selected furnishings and decor
in the tea area complement the natural elements, enchancing the overall sense of tranquility. Soft, ambient lighting further elevates the mood, making this
space ideal for quiet contemplation/intimate gatherings.
Stepping into the bedroom, you’ll immediately be engulfed in the ultimate relaxation. It features an elegant bed with plush bedding, soft ambient lighting,
and a calming color palette. High quality furnishings and tasteful decor creates a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect space for a rejuvenating sleep.
Take a look on the left, there’s a sleek black leather sofa and indoor plants that are strategically placed to enhance the serene ambiance, bringing a
touch of nature indoors. If you’re a book lover, fret no more. On the right, a relaxing sitting area is thoughtfully designed for reading and a personal
nook for you to sink to. A well-stocked bookshelf stands nearby, offering easy access to your favorite reads.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a luxurious walk-in wardrobe, elegantly designed with ample space and custom shelving to showcase and organize your wardrobe.
The adjoining bathroom exudes sophistication, featuring high-end fixtures, a spacious shower and a relaxing tub, creating a private oasis for ultimate
comfort. The warm tones, marble tiles and gold fixtures blends together seamlessly to offer an indulgence experience.
