Project : Office Aiyara Planet .

Location : Nakniwat Rd. Bangkok Thailand Year : 2023 .

This office building has an approximate area of 1000 square meters. It will be divided into an existing building and a new building. The existing building will utilize the original structure, modifying both the interior and exterior to align with the concept. The new building will be connected to the rear of the existing building and will be entirely newly constructed. We have the opportunity to work on the interior design and construction for both the existing and new buildings. The design concept aims to elevate the brand Aiyara Planet, making it feel luxurious and homely, similar to a house. However, the existing corporate identity (CI) of the organization will be retained to ensure that Aiyara Planet customers can still recognize the brand. This leads to the concept of “Trendy & Luxury.” The CI colors, which were previously 70% green, 15% white, and 15% yellow, have been modified to align with the new concept, now consisting of 70% white, 15% green, and 15% yellow with a touch of gold. Within each area, hidden feng shui elements are incorporated into the design, creating a blend between design and feng shui principles.
