This project redefines a music and sound studio for the advertising industry as an immersive creative environment that goes beyond its technical function to become a place of making, inhabiting, and experiencing sound. Designed as a creative hub made to welcome leading advertising agencies, the studio responds to a clientele that values both technical excellence and inspiring environments. Conceived as a hybrid between high-performance acoustic space and crafted interior, the project positions music production as a form of contemporary craftsmanship. Rather than separating technical and social functions, the studio creates a fluid sequence of interconnected spaces : rooms, recording booths, lounges, and kitchen areas, encouraging collaboration, conversation, and long creative sessions. Materiality plays a defining role in the project’s identity. Baltic birch plywood is used extensively throughout the studio, bringing warmth, precision, and a tactile quality associated with furniture-making and artisan workshops. Its soft grain and natural tone balance the technical nature of the space while also contributing to acoustic performance. Velvet upholstery on the sofas introduces softness and depth, reinforcing the domestic atmosphere and creating a contrast with the clean architectural lines and technical equipment. Color is treated as an immersive spatial tool rather than a decorative layer. A vibrant cobalt blue defines the kitchen and communal areas through tiled surfaces, cabinetry, and architectural volumes, creating a strong visual identity that contrasts with the warm natural wood tones. The glossy blue tiles of the central island reflect light and bring an almost cinematic quality to the space, while patterned carpets in green, cream, and dark tones add rhythm, texture, and softness underfoot. Throughout the studio, carefully curated palettes distinguish each room while maintaining an overall visual coherence. The project embraces bold chromatic atmospheres. Deep reds and burnt orange tones create an intimate and cosy vibe in one of the studios, while layered blue, purple, and terracotta murals animate a second studio with a graphic and artistic energy. The carpeting further softens the environment both acoustically and visually. Rich textures and saturated colors absorb sound while adding comfort and intimacy, reinforcing the idea of the studio as a place to inhabit rather than simply use. Combined with lighting, custom-built furniture, mirrored surfaces, and sculptural acoustic elements, these materials create an atmosphere that feels simultaneously technical, residential, and highly curated. Acoustic treatments are fully integrated into the architecture through suspended ceiling elements, wall panels, upholstered surfaces, and custom wood detailing, making performance inseparable from design. Every detail is intentionally crafted to support concentration, comfort, and artistic exchange. Creativity, comfort, and craftsmanship coexist.

This project reimagines a music and sound studio for the advertising industry as an immersive creative environment designed for clients from leading agencies who value both technical excellence and inspiring spaces. Conceived as a hybrid between high-performance acoustic studio and crafted interior, the project blurs the boundary between production, hospitality, and artistic experience.
Materiality plays a central role. Baltic birch plywood brings warmth and precision throughout the custom millwork and furniture, while velvet sofas and textured carpeting soften the environment acoustically and visually. Color is used as an architectural tool: deep cobalt blue tiles and cabinetry define the kitchen and communal spaces, contrasting with warm woods, rich reds, burnt orange tones, and graphic murals in the control rooms.
Integrated acoustic treatments and custom-built elements create a cinematic, intimate atmosphere where creativity, comfort and craftsmanship coexist.
