An early 20th-century house full of charm, though in need of repairs and a general refresh. By preserving its classic style while introducing contemporary touches—such as modern fittings in the kitchen and bathroom—the home is now prepared for decades to come.
The project began from the ground up. The house had only the walls, with an earthen floor and an attic as the first floor. The exterior was red brick, and the roof required a complete overhaul, meaning we had to start from scratch.
As always, we opted for noble materials—wood, granite, and aluminium—to ensure durability and longevity.
