Nature embraced this urban garden! A garden located on the north side of the city of Athens with many elements of the Mediterranean flora in the area. The design of this particular garden “stepped” on two axes, the first axis was to make a garden with the Mediterranean flora to be in its full range, with flowering and fragrances in most months of the year and the second axis was to giving a luxury image to the final result. The stone perimeter walls of the house were what defined the green interventions with large volumes for the added privacy of the garden.A nature that spread throughout the surrounding area, giving the feeling that the garden existed many years ago. The strict modern building lines of the building were softened by the planting of tall trees, its white and gray shades were sweetened by the colors of the flowers of the plants which at the same time with their fragrance gave a harmonious balance to the garden.The feeling that time has stopped and you are in a garden that gives you calmness, peace and also relieves your stress works perfectly with the alternation of the plants which were planted in a spiral arrangement. The movement of the grassy plants causes a play on the eye, which combined with the sound of the water from the fountain make you want to walk around the whole garden and enjoy it. An approach that fully covered the client’s desire for a garden with its own identity and unique characteristics.
