Nuromova N1 is a quiet Neuro-AI sports headband designed for mental sustainability in training. It integrates frontal brain-state sensing, motion awareness, AI interpretation, haptic feedback, and app-based reflection into a soft, washable, and familiar sports headband, helping users notice changes in focus, stress, fatigue, and recovery earlier during training.

The project began from an overlooked gap in modern sports technology: the body has become increasingly measurable, while the mental state behind training often remains unheard. Sports watches, smart rings, and heart-rate monitors can track heart rate, pace, sleep, and workload, but they provide limited answers to questions such as: Why do I feel off today? Is stress affecting my performance? Has mental fatigue started to accumulate?

Nuromova N1 is not designed to push people harder. It is designed to help people notice themselves earlier. By using the familiar form of a sports headband, the product transforms neural sensing from a clinical or laboratory-like device into a lightweight, soft, and emotionally approachable object. Hidden frontal sensing areas, a detachable module, flexible textile construction, magnetic charging, and washable materials allow the technology to recede into the background rather than dominate the user’s movement.

During training, subtle haptic feedback supports momentary awareness without interrupting concentration. After training, the companion app helps users review changes in focus, stress, fatigue, and recovery, while the AI Coach provides suggestions for breathing, meditation, recovery, and training rhythm adjustment.

The design value of Nuromova N1 lies not only in technical integration, but in proposing a new relationship between mind, body, technology, and sport.
